Drawing from her previous career in the music industry for over 15 years, Mary Ellen possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced in corporate environments. She holds a BA in Marketing and has been a certified professional and leadership coach through the prestigious Co-Active Training Institute since 2002. Additionally, she’s a certified member of Archetypes at Work™, and has developed her cutting-edge “fulfillment formula” process for assessing and developing one’s internal strengths, impact and allowing them to powerfully define their unique work and contribution. Over the course of her coaching career, which spans more than two decades, she has refined her own distinct and proven process.
Mary Ellen enjoys living in the picturesque Hudson Valley of New York with her husband. She appreciates the area’s scenic views and extensive hiking trails while also enjoying the many benefits of being located within 90-minutes of New York City.
